Why do I need tickets and how do I create multiple tickets?

In this article we explain why you need tickets for requests and bookings and how you can best create them.

If you want your experience to be bookable or requestable, you need to create tickets. A ticket describes the service and the price that is booked/requested. You can create one or more tickets.

You can find the tickets under point 4 in each experience (see screenshot below).
  1. The ticket name is required.
  2. The ticket description is optional.
  3. For the ticket price you can choose between a price (you can set the currency in the hotel settings) or the option "free of charge"
  4. You can easily add more tickets by clicking the green button.

Additional tickets are useful, for example, if there are different options for your experience or, for example, different prices for different age groups.
