Why Are Tickets Necessary?
To make an experience bookable or requestable through Giggle, you must assign at least one ticket.
A ticket defines:

the specific service being booked or requested

the price, or whether it is a free offering
👉 Without a ticket, guests cannot send a booking or inquiry through Giggle.

You can manage tickets directly in each experience under Section 3: “Is the experience bookable?”
🧾 How to Create a Ticket

Open the desired experience in your CMS

Scroll to Section 3: Is the experience bookable?

Click "Yes" or on the ticket section

Fill in the following fields:
📌 Required: Ticket Name
Examples:

“Private Dinner for 2 People”

“Massage – 30 Minutes”

“Guided E-Bike Tour”
📝 Optional: Ticket Description
Helps guests better understand what’s included. Example descriptions:

“Price per person includes a bottle of sparkling wine, homemade pralines, fresh fruit, regional cheese, and Schüttelbrot”

“Exclusively and free of charge for our house guests”

“Price per child from age 4”
💰 Ticket Price
You can define a specific price (currency is set under Settings > Account)
– or select the “free of charge” option.
➕ Add Additional Tickets
Want to offer multiple price or package options? No problem!
Click “Add another ticket” to create additional variants – for example:

different age groups (Child / Adult)

various packages (“Basic”, “Premium”)

internal guests vs. external guests
💡 Tip: You can rearrange tickets via drag and drop.
The top-listed ticket determines the price shown on the experience card in the stream.
