Your experiences are only for your house guests? Then we'll show you a few tips and tricks
First of all: Normally, no external guests book in for an experience. So if you want to appeal to external guests, you should do this very specifically, for example, via the title of the experience, the description text and/or the tickets.
However, if your experience is not intended for external guests and you want to make sure that only your hotel guests book in, then you can do the following:
- Add a sentence in the description text of the experience that the experience is only bookable for house guests:
- Add a sentence in the ticket description that the experience is only bookable for house guests:
- Add an additional field for the room number in the booking form (Hotel/Special settings) and make this field mandatory:
Note: If you have created experiences (e.g. hotel information such as the weather, a menu or similar) that should really only be visible to your guests on site, are not bookable, i.e. serve purely as information and should not rank on Google, then take a look at the following article: "How can I make experiences only visible to the guest on site?"
