In this article we will show you how to set capacities for your experiences.
You can set a minimum and maximum number of participants for each experience. You can find the fields under "Advanced settings":
If you have entered a maximum number of participants, the system will allow exactly as many tickets for an event as you have entered. After that, the experience can no longer be booked for this date.
If you have set a minimum number of participants, you have several options:
- Bookings are always confirmed in the first place.
- Bookings will not be confirmed if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. (The guest will receive an email with the info "answer pending").
- Bookings are automatically cancelled if the minimum number of participants has not been reached after the registration deadline.
