The call reservation option is ideal for:

Experiences without fixed times or participant limits

⚙️ 2. How to activate the call feature
Step 1: Open the experience in the CMS

Log in to the Giggle CMS

Open the experience you want to make bookable by phone
Step 2: Activate bookability

Scroll to Section 3: Is this experience bookable?

Set the switch to “Yes”
- Enter at least one email as the recipient and a ticket for your experience
Step 3: Enable phone reservations

Below the ticket settings, click “Show optional settings”

Activate the “Enable call bookings” switch under “Call reservations”

Enter the phone number your team can be reached at
📞 This number will be shown to guests as a “Call” button on the experience page.
☎️ Optional: Allow phone bookings only
Want guests to only reserve by phone?

Activate the second switch: “Disable online bookings”

This hides all other booking options (inquiry or signup buttons)

Just activate the first switch – both options will remain available.
