Not Receiving Emails? Here's What You Can Do

You’re missing confirmation emails for bookings? In most cases, this is not an issue with Giggle.tips – it may be due to your email or hosting provider’s settings. Here’s what you should check to ensure smooth delivery.

🔍 1. Check Your Email Hosting & Filters

Sometimes, automatic system emails or newsletters are blocked or marked as spam by your provider.

Please make sure the following domains and sender addresses are allowlisted and not being filtered:


📌 For Booking Emails

  • Sender address: bookings@giggle.tips

  • Technical sending domain: amazonses.com

This is used for all automatic emails regarding bookings, requests, and confirmations – for both guests and hosts.

👉 Our tip:
Add bookings@giggle.tips to your email contacts or favorites,
and make sure that your provider allows emails from amazonses.com.


📌 For Newsletters & Product Updates

  • Emails are sent via: HubSpot

  • Typical domains: hubspotemail.net 

Our customer updates, feature announcements and newsletters are sent through HubSpot.

👉 Please make sure your email or hosting provider does not block HubSpot domains and allow them if needed.


🛠 Additional Tips

  • Check your spam/junk folder: Emails sometimes end up there.

  • Search your inbox: Look for “Giggle” or bookings@giggle.tips.

  • Contact your hosting/email provider: Ask if any domains might be blocked.
