You can currently connect the following chatbot providers to your Giggle WebApp:

Once connected, your chatbot appears as a fixed button in your Giggle Experience App – fully integrated, no custom development needed.
🛠 How to Set It Up in the CMS

Go to your CMS:
→ Navigate to Share Experiences > ChatBots -
Choose your chatbot provider
→ Each provider has its own section (Regest, DialogShift, Chatbase, Chatlyn) -
Paste your code/ID into the correct field:

DialogShift: Client ID
- Re:Guest: Messenger API Base URL
- Chatbase: Agent ID
- Chatlyn: Website Token

Click "Save" ✅
⚠️ Special Note for Re:Guest Users
To activate and configure the Re:Guest AI chatbot, Re:Guest first needs to whitelist your Giggle WebApp domain, for example:
https://giggle.tips/en/your-hotel-name
Please reach out directly to the Re:Guest customer support team to request this.
