You can currently connect the following chatbot providers to your Giggle WebApp:

  • DialogShift

  • Re:Guest
  • Chatbase

  • Chatlyn

Once connected, your chatbot appears as a fixed button in your Giggle Experience App – fully integrated, no custom development needed.


🛠 How to Set It Up in the CMS

  1. Go to your CMS:
    → Navigate to Share Experiences > ChatBots

  2. Choose your chatbot provider
    → Each provider has its own section (Regest, DialogShift, Chatbase, Chatlyn)

  3. Paste your code/ID into the correct field:

    • DialogShift: Client ID

    • Re:Guest: Messenger API Base URL
    • Chatbase: Agent ID
    • Chatlyn: Website Token
  4. Click "Save"


⚠️ Special Note for Re:Guest Users

To activate and configure the Re:Guest AI chatbot, Re:Guest first needs to whitelist your Giggle WebApp domain, for example:

https://giggle.tips/en/your-hotel-name
