With Giggle.tips, you can easily create new dates and events for your experiences – either directly from the experience list or within the respective experience itself.

In this article you will learn:

  • How to add events

  • Which event settings are available

  • How recurring events work

  • Which timeframes are possible

  • How event registrations work

📅 Events & Timeframes

When planning your events, the following timeframes currently apply:

  • Individual events can be created up to 2 years in advance.

  • Experiences with recurring events can currently be planned up to 1 year ahead.

  • There is no general limit on the number of events you can create.

🛠️ Add an Event – Two Ways

a) Directly via the Experience List (Overview)

  1. Go to the Experience list.

  2. In the second column “Events/Availability”, click the underlined field of the desired experience showing
“0 Events” or “[X] Events planned”.

  3. A pop-up will open where you can enter your new event dates.

b) Within the Experience

  1. Open the desired experience.

  2. Scroll to Section 2: “When does the experience take place?”

  3. Switch to the “Events” tab (next to “Availability”).

  4. Click “Add events”.

⚙️ Event Settings in Detail

✅ All-day Experience

Activate the switch “All day”

  • Only the date is required – no time needed

  • Ideal for things like day trips, markets, or special events

⏰ Set Start & End Time

Enter the start date & time and end date & time.

Same date
→ Single-day event
(e.g. Sun, April 20, 2026, 15:00 – until Sun, April 20, 2026, 16:00)

Different dates
→ Multi-day event
(e.g. Sun, April 20, 2026, 10:00 until Sun, April 27, 2026, 14:00)

🔄 Open End

Activate the switch “Open end” if only the start time is known.

Ideal for events with flexible duration, such as:

  • Hiking tours

  • Outdoor activities

  • Flexible programs

🔁 Set Up Recurring Events

If your experience takes place regularly, you can create it as a recurring event.

  1. Click “Does not repeat”

  2. Choose between:

  • Does not repeat

  • Daily (e.g. every day, every 2 days)

  • Weekly (e.g. every week, every 2/3/4 weeks)

  1. Select the days of the week when the event should take place.

  2. Define the end date for the repetition (e.g. “until 30.09.2026”).

💡 Tip: Recurring events save a lot of time for regularly scheduled activities such as:

  • Weekly yoga sessions

  • Daily kids programs

  • Monthly culinary events

💡 Tip for Managing Events

You can add new dates directly from the experience list without opening the experience each time.

Using the recurring event function, you can also create multiple dates very quickly.

In practice, weekly programs are often planned weekly or seasonally, allowing you to update events quickly and flexibly.

👥 Event Registrations

Guest Registrations

For guests, the following rule applies:

Once an event has already started, guests can no longer register themselves.

Adding Bookings as a Host

As a host, you can add bookings in the CMS at any time, even if the event has already started.

Go to:

Requests & Bookings → Bulk Actions

  1. Activate the checkbox next to the event

  2. Select the bulk action “Add booking”

This allows you to manually add guests to the event at any time.

Alternative: Set the Experience to “Request”

If you want more flexibility, you can change your experience to:

“Request with preferred time”

Guests will then send a request that you simply confirm in the CMS.

💡 This works very quickly through our system and is particularly useful for individual or spontaneous bookings.

💾 Save, View & Delete Events

Click “Create event” once all details are entered.

The new event will appear:

  • in the experience overview under → Events → “Planned events”

  • or inside the experience under Section 2 → Events → “Planned events”

Then:

  1. Click “Done”

  2. Save the experience once more so that all changes are applied.

🗑️ Delete Events

You can delete individual events or all planned events at any time under “Planned events”:

  • in the experience overview under → Events → “Planned events”
  • or inside the experience under Section 2 → Events → “Planned events”
