Why Is My Experience Not Showing on Pinterest?

How to fix display issues with the Pinterest integration in the Giggle CMS

The Pinterest integration works for all original experiences created within your own Giggle account.
👉 To publish an experience to Pinterest:

  • Click the Pinterest icon in the experience list
    or

  • Activate the Pinterest switch under section 4 within the experience settings

✅ Check Your Image Quality

Pinterest has high visual standards. Make sure your images meet the following requirements:

  • Resolution: At least 1200 px, ideally up to 1920 px

  • File size: Max. 6 MB per image

  • Number of images: Max. 6 per experience

  • Quality: No blurriness, pixelation, or awkward cropping

👉 If your experience isn’t showing, the image quality is often the reason.
📥 Tip: Upload a new, optimized image and save the experience again.

🔍 How Do I Know If the Sync Was Successful?

You’ll know your experience has been successfully transferred to Pinterest if:

  • The Pinterest icon in the experience list appears in color (not grey)

  • The Pinterest switch inside the experience remains active after saving

To verify:

👉 Click the colored Pinterest icon in the experience list
👉 Select “View on Pinterest”
→ This will take you directly to the Pinterest version of your experience

🔄 Manually Resync the Experience

Normally, all updates are synced with Pinterest automatically.
If your experience is still not appearing correctly:

  1. Open your experience list in the Giggle CMS

  2. Click the Pinterest icon next to the affected experience

  3. Select “Remove from Pinterest”

  4. Then click the icon again to republish the experience

➡️ This will trigger a fresh sync and the experience should appear on Pinterest shortly after.
