You’ve created an experience in the CMS, but it’s not appearing in the printed weekly program? No worries — this article explains what to check and how to ensure your experiences are displayed correctly.
🧩 1. Category as a Basic Requirement
The weekly program is generated based on the experience categories.
👉 To appear in the PDF, an experience must be assigned to a category.
🗓️ 2. Requirements Per Experience
Make sure each experience meets the following criteria:
✅ It is assigned to a visible category
✅ It includes at least one date and time
✅ (Optional) A short description for print is entered
→ You can add this in the experience under:
Advanced Settings > Short description for printed materials
🗂️ 3. Category-Based Templates
Want to create special weekly PDFs — e.g. just for kids or active programs?
No problem! We can provide you with customized templates that include only specific categories, for example:
- 🧒 “Kids” (separate kids’ program)
- 👨👩👧 Combination of “Kids” + “Family”
- 🏞️ “Hiking”, “Biking”, “Climbing” for outdoor activities
📌 This allows you to control exactly which experiences appear in which template.

🔢 4. Maximum Number Per Day
By default, the printed weekly program supports up to 20 experiences per day.
📌 Have more than 20 scheduled experiences on a single day?
→ No problem! Let us know and we’ll adjust the template settings for you.
