How to fix display issues when exporting PDFs from the Giggle CMS
You’ve exported a weekly program or PDF document in the CMS, but it doesn’t open automatically?
In most cases, this is caused by your browser settings – especially the popup blocker.
In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to fix it:
🔍 1. Why Isn’t the PDF Opening?
After clicking “Export”, the PDF should open automatically in a new browser tab.
If that doesn’t happen, your browser’s popup blocker is likely preventing the new tab from opening.
⚙️ 2. How to Allow Popups for the Giggle CMS
To ensure smooth exporting, popups must be allowed for our CMS. Here’s how:
🔵 Google Chrome:

Click the lock icon in the address bar (next to the URL).

Select “Site settings.”

Scroll to “Pop-ups and redirects.”

Make sure it’s set to “Allow.”

Click “Add” under “Allow”

Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right > Settings
