In the description text of your experiences, you can easily create clickable buttons or links to websites, PDFs, email addresses, or phone numbers – making it easier for your guests to access more information
✍️ Here’s how it works

Highlight the text you want to link in the description field of your experience (e.g. “Learn more” or “View menu”).

Click the link icon (📎) in the toolbar.

Paste the appropriate link into the field that appears.
💡 Important:
Each experience should ideally have only one clear call-to-action. Use buttons in the description sparingly, and instead take advantage of the main action buttons in the header:

Sign-up button

1. 🌐 Linking to a Website or PDF
Insert the full URL – for example:https://www.your-website.com
👉 The highlighted text will become a clickable button that opens a website or PDF document that is already hosted online.
2. ✉️ Linking to an Email Address
Enter a valid email address – for example:info@your-website.com
👉 Our system will automatically recognize it and add “mailto:” in the background.
📬 Pro tip:
If your experience is bookable or requestable, you can also add this email address under Step 3 of the experience.
All incoming bookings or requests will then be forwarded to this address.
3. 📞 Linking to a Phone Number
Use the following format:tel:+436601234567
⚠️ Please note:

No spaces
-
No dashes
-
Use international format with “+”

You can add a call button directly in the header of each experience.
You’ll find this setting in Step 3 of the experience, under Optional Settings > Phone reservations.

🧩 Summary
With just a few clicks, you can add helpful external links for your guests – right inside your experience description.
But for bookings, requests, or phone reservations, it's best to use the dedicated action buttons in the header of the experience.
