Integrating Chatbase with Your Giggle ExperienceApp

Enhance your guest experience by integrating an AI chatbot (via Chatbase) directly into your Giggle Erlebnis-App.

With Chatbase, you can create your own chatbot and easily connect it to your Giggle App. Here’s how it works:


🧩 1. Set up your chatbot in Chatbase

  • Log in to your Chatbase account.

  • Create a new bot or select an existing one (e.g. your info bot).

  • Copy your Chatbase Agent ID from the bot’s settings.


🔌 2. Connect the chatbot in the Giggle CMS

  • Open your Giggle CMS and go to Share experiences > ChatBots.

  • Paste your Chatbase Agent ID and save your settings.


✅ 3. Test the connection

  • Open your Giggle WebApp.

  • If everything is set up correctly, your new AI chatbot will now be visible to guests in your Giggle Experience App.
