Where Can I Find Statistics or Performance Data for My Experiences?

In this article, we’ll show you where to find key performance metrics for your experiences in the CMS – including views, requests, bookings, and revenue.

📍 Where to Find the Statistics

You’ll find your statistics directly in the CMS under:
➡️ “Statistics”

This section gives you a clear overview of how your experiences are performing – based on the date range you select.


📅 Select a Date Range

Whether you want to analyze a week, a month, or an entire season, you can adjust the timeframe in the top right corner:

  • Choose a start and end date

  • The data will update automatically


📈 Key Metrics at a Glance

For the selected period, you’ll see the following KPIs:

Metric What It Shows
Experience Views How often your experiences were clicked
Sessions How many user sessions occurred in the ExperienceApp or widget
Bookings Number of experience requests or bookings made during the period
Tickets Total number of tickets requested or booked
Call Requests Number of clicks on the phone reservation button
Revenue Total revenue generated via Giggle (based on ticket bookings and pricing)
 

💡 Tip for Maximizing Revenue

You can only generate revenue with your experiences if they are:

  • Visible (assigned to at least one stream)

  • Bookable or requestable

  • Priced (not free)
