Sorting Experiences & Bookings in the CMS

🗂️ How to access the sorting options

In both areas – the Experience list and the Bookings & Requests overview – you can access the sorting function via the filter menu:

➡️ Click on the three-bar icon in the top right corner (filter symbol)
➡️ At the top of the filter menu, you'll see the sorting option as the first entry
➡️ Choose your preferred sorting method from the dropdown

🧭 Experience List: Sort by Creation Date

In the Experience list, you can sort all entries by when they were created:

• Newest first: Shows the most recently created experiences at the top

• Oldest first: Shows the earliest created experiences at the top

📄 Note: The experience list displays 30 experiences per page

📆 Bookings & Requests: Sort by Date

In the "Bookings & Requests" overview, you have multiple sorting options:

🔹 By Event Date

Sorts entries by the scheduled date of the experience.

Note: By default, this shows the experiences that are furthest in the future at the top.

🔹 By Booking Date

Sorts all entries by the date when the booking or request was made.

🔹 Starting from Today

This special sorting option is particularly helpful:

• Automatically hides all past events

• Displays only today’s and future experiences

✅ Perfect when you want to focus only on what’s happening now or coming up.

📄 Just like in the experience list, the bookings view shows 30 entries per page

📌 Tip

Combine sorting with additional filters (e.g. by category, language or team member) to get exactly the results you’re looking for – fast and efficient.
