Sharing Experiences & Streams with Other Hosts

In your CMS, you can share individual experiences or entire streams with other Giggle accounts – perfect for partner businesses, collaboration projects, or regional networks.

1.📍 Where can I find the settings?

You’ll find the sharing settings in the CMS under:

→ Share experiences > Share with other hosts

This is where you can connect your account with another Giggle account.

2. 🤝 Connecting with another account

Here’s how the connection works:

• Enter the admin email address of the other account.

• Send an invitation to connect and share.

• Once the invitation is accepted, the connection is active.

• You can now share experiences and streams with the partner account.

3. ✨ Sharing experiences (individually or in bulk)

The easiest way to share experiences is in the Experience Overview – List View:

1. Select the desired experiences using the checkboxes.

2. Click the “Share with other hosts” icon.

3. Choose the partner account you want to share with.

➡️ Once shared, the experience is marked with a “shared” badge in the list.

4. ⚙️ Sharing directly from within the experience

Alternatively, you can share an experience directly from within the experience itself:

• Open the experience.

• Scroll down to Advanced Settings.

• Choose the partner account you want to share with.

📌 Tip: For sharing multiple experiences, the List View is much faster.

5. 🔍 Filters for shared experiences

In the Experience Overview, you can use these filters to stay organized:

• Shared with: Shows you which accounts you’ve shared experiences with.

• Source: Lets you filter by experiences you own or those shared with you.

6. ➕ Using shared experiences

Even if an experience wasn’t created by you, you can still use it:

• Use Bulk Actions to add shared experiences to your own streams.

• You can also remove them from your streams via Bulk Actions (click the delete icon) – this only removes the connection, not the experience itself.

❌ Important: You cannot edit a shared experience if it’s not originally from your own account.

7. 📦 Sharing entire streams

You can also share entire streams with connected partner accounts:

1. Go to the Streams section in the menu.

2. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the stream you want to share.

3. Select “Share stream”.

Alternatively, you can open the Stream Detail View and click the three dots there to share.

🔒 Note: Shared streams cannot be edited by the partner account. However, they can be used in their ExperienceApp and in their embedded widgets.
