With the Giggle CMS, you can stay organized even with a large number of experiences – thanks to powerful filter options and practical bulk actions.

Filters and bulk actions allow you to search, edit, share, or assign experiences with precision – even multiple at once.

🔍 1. Filter Experiences Precisely

At the top of your experience list, you’ll find a dropdown for filtering. This helps you quickly locate exactly the experiences you're looking for.

Available filter options:

  • Streams (e.g., "Highlights", "Weekly Program", "Wellness Treatments")

  • Categories (e.g., Culinary, Wellness & Spa, Yoga, Hiking)

  • Team members (e.g., Guide, Therapist, Bartender)

  • Bookability (bookable or not)

  • Availability (e.g., Sunday, Morning)

  • Visibility (visible or hidden)

  • Shared with (if experiences are shared with partner accounts)

  • Source (if experiences are imported from another account)

  • Sort by: newest or oldest creation date

💡 Tip: Combine filters to get specific results – for example, all hidden wellness experiences that are currently not bookable.


🧩 2. Bulk Actions: Manage Multiple Experiences at Once

Bulk actions let you manage multiple experiences simultaneously – without having to open each one individually.

Here’s how it works:

  • Open the experience list in the Giggle CMS

  • Select the checkboxes next to the experiences you want to edit
    → Or use the top checkbox to select all experiences on the page

  • The bulk action bar will appear automatically at the top

Available Bulk Actions:

You can apply the following actions to all selected experiences at once:

✅ Assign a category
✅ Add to streams (e.g., "Weekly Program", "Summer Highlights")
✅ Change visibility (set to visible or hidden)
✅ Assign team members
✅ Duplicate experiences
✅ Share with linked partner properties
❌ Delete experiences
⚠️ Warning: Deleted experiences cannot be restored!
