Giggle.tips breaks down data silos – with the new Public Experience API, you can now provide your experience data to external systems in a more flexible, secure, and efficient way.

Whether it's a website, guest app, AI assistant, or digital signage:
You decide where and how your Giggle experiences are displayed.

🚀 What is the Public Experience API?

The Experience API is an open, fully documented interface that allows you to integrate your experiences from the Giggle cloud in real time into other systems – for example:

  • 📱 Your own guest apps or concierge tools

  • 🤖 AI chatbots and digital assistants

  • 🖥️ Custom website widgets or activity schedules

  • 📺 Digital info screens in your lobby

  • and much more

🔐 Secure & Easy: API Key & Hotel Code (Path)

To connect Giggle.tips with external systems, you'll typically need two pieces of information:

  • 🔑 Your individual API Key
  • 🏨 Your Hotel Code (Path)

Your API Key ensures that all requests are securely encrypted, making access to your experience data protected, traceable, and GDPR compliant.

The Hotel Code (Path) uniquely identifies your Giggle account and is required for most third-party integrations.

🏨 Where can I find my Hotel Code (Path)?

Your Hotel Code is always the last part of your Giggle Experience App URL.

Example:

giggle.tips/your-hotel-code

You can find your individual Giggle URL in the CMS under:

Settings → Account

or simply click the button:

"Go to your Experience App"

🧩 Where can I find my API settings?

Log in to your CMS and navigate to:

Share Experiences → Experience API

Here you'll find:

  • 🔑 Your individual API Key
  • 📖 The complete API documentation

💡 Note: Most integrations require both your API Key and your Hotel Code (Path).
